Private Yoga / Stretching / Mobility Coach

  • Yoga combines movement, breathing and meditation. A good yoga practice is not only about the fitness aspect, or about increases in flexibility. With continued practice, you’ll find a good yoga practice is essentially a moving meditation – good for the mind, body and soul!

Life Coach

  • Mental health issues continue to be a growing trend. Many people never seek help, have counterproductive experiences in therapy, or don’t even know change is possible. Resolution of past trauma or unresolved experiences is possible. Improving one’s experience of life and well being is possible.
  • Trained in Interpersonal NeuroBiology (IPNB, Mindsight Institute) thru Dr. Dan Siegel this focuses on how attachment experiences in childhood shape our adult life, as well as finding areas of our life that cause us to become chaotic or shut down.
  • This includes taking a narrative approach – the ability to make sense of past experiences in a coherent way can lead to personal growth. This can include a cognitive approach and reframing one’s perspective, somatic and getting in touch with one’s body to uncover emotions / drives / implicit memory, as well as mindfulness practices.
